Refund policy

At RightHydroponics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we're here to help with returns and refunds. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand our procedures and conditions.

Returns

We accept returns for most items within 5 days of delivery, provided that the item is in its original condition. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (such as plants, food items, etc.)
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Opened consumables (such as nutrients, grow media, etc.)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us using one of the following methods:

Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time frame, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at sales@righthydroponics.com and send your item to:

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at sales@righthydroponics.com or by calling 01509 441 74 or 07438 584 116. We may request photos of the damage to assist with the resolution.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@righthydroponics.com or call 01509 441 74 or 07438 584 116. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In such cases, you may need to follow the return process once the order has been delivered.
