- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after they are placed and payment is confirmed.
- Business Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Delays: In rare cases, processing times may be extended due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Domestic Shipping: We offer various shipping options across the United Kingdom. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
- International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the destination. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over £50 for customers within the United Kingdom.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout based on your selected shipping method. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

Order Changes & Cancellations
- If you need to make changes to your shipping address please contact us as soon as possible at Sales@righthydroponics.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to accommodate changes .
Shipping Delays
- While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen factors such as weather, customs clearance, or carrier issues. RightHydroponics is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Sales@righthydroponics.com with photos of the damaged package and items. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us at Sales@righthydroponics.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package and resolve the issue. Please note that RightHydroponics is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier for misplaced packages.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
- For international orders, customs, duties, and taxes may apply once your order reaches the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary by country, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. RightHydroponics is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees.
